Aero National Inc. (“Aero,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit aeronational.inc, request or receive services, communicate with us, or use a related Aero website, form, dashboard, estimate, invoice, email, or text-message experience (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with Aero, we may collect:
- Contact and identity information: name, company name, email address, telephone number, and related identifiers.
- Project and transaction information: requested service, job-site ZIP or address, requested timing, project descriptions, estimates, approvals, schedules, invoices, payments, and completion records.
- Communications and media: emails, calls or call notes, SMS/MMS messages, photographs, files, customer-support requests, and AI-assisted conversation history.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, request identifiers, security logs, and basic usage or diagnostic information.
- Information from third parties: information supplied by a project owner, contractor, property manager, referral source, payment provider, or other person authorized to coordinate a project.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, medical information, or other sensitive information that Aero has not specifically requested.
2. How we use information
We may use information to:
- review requests, prepare estimates, schedule and deliver services, coordinate crews or vendors, document completion, invoice, and collect payment;
- contact you about a request, appointment, estimate, schedule, job, invoice, payment, or customer-support matter;
- operate the Aero dashboard and maintain project, communication, safety, accounting, and compliance records;
- detect abuse, prevent fraud, secure our systems, troubleshoot errors, and improve the Services;
- comply with law, enforce agreements, and establish or defend legal claims; and
- send marketing communications where permitted and where you have provided any consent required by law.
3. Text messages and mobile information
If you text Aero or provide a mobile number in connection with a request, we may use that number for conversational and transactional messages concerning your requested services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not prevent necessary non-SMS communications about an active contract, invoice, safety matter, or legal obligation.
We do not sell mobile information or use it for third-party advertising. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
4. AI-assisted communications
Aero may use artificial intelligence to organize project details, summarize communications, identify missing intake information, or draft and, when enabled, send responses. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and is subject to human review where appropriate. Do not rely on an AI message as a final estimate, binding commitment, professional opinion, safety instruction, or emergency response unless Aero confirms it in an authorized written document.
5. How we disclose information
We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:
- service providers that host, secure, store, transmit, analyze, or support the Services, including website hosting, database, email, messaging, mapping, AI, and payment providers;
- crews, subcontractors, vendors, disposal facilities, property contacts, and business partners involved in evaluating or performing a requested project;
- professional advisers, insurers, auditors, regulators, courts, or law enforcement when reasonably necessary or legally required; and
- a successor organization in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, asset transfer, or sale, subject to applicable law.
Aero does not sell personal data or share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not disclose text-message opt-in data or consent to third parties for their own marketing.
6. Service providers and external features
The Services currently rely on providers such as Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database and authentication services, Resend for email delivery, Twilio for SMS/MMS, Google Maps for mapping, and OpenAI or another configured AI provider for AI-assisted features. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. A link or embedded feature operated by another company is governed by that company’s policy.
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain project and business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet tax, insurance, safety, accounting, and legal obligations, and protect Aero and its customers. Retention periods vary by record type. We may retain de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information we process, including access controls and protected administrative systems. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using secure devices and protecting any credentials or links provided to you.
9. Your privacy choices and rights
You may unsubscribe from nonessential emails using the instructions provided, and you may stop Aero text messages by replying STOP. Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of certain personal data, or ask whether we process your personal data. You may also have the right to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling; Aero does not currently engage in those activities.
Texas residents may have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. To submit a request or appeal a decision, email logistics@aeronational.inc with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Certain information may be exempt or retained where permitted by law.
10. Children
The Services are intended for adults and business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to Aero.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our Services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Services or by another appropriate method.
